A pretty good driving riff breaks into an ascending bit supporting a pretty good verse. The chorus is repetitive and doesn’t have the best melody. A somewhat gentler bridge with clean guitar works pretty well, and the guitar solo is solid. The ending fades out on the chorus, which winds up feeling pretty awkward.
A mixed bag, but pretty OK overall. 6/10 (3 stars).
