Whistling and industrial noises break into a very Rush-inspired groove with ringing guitars. This flows into a couple of simple but peppy riffs. Bruce doesn’t sound the best on the verses here, and the vocal melody isn’t very memorable. The chorus has a little more fire, but still isn’t the most inspiring thing I’ve heard. The guitar solo is pretty good, though. A very Brucey scream in the middle.
This one rides the line between OK and mediocre, but I think it has enough positives to cling onto a 6/10 (3 stars).
