Best riff of the album! (Although there is really not that much competition.) Great opening lines and verses in general, a very good melodic chorus, and possibly the best very high pitched vocals on the album – great for the dramatic effect towards the last chorus. Other than that, a somehow messy composition and arrangement. A great comeback track it was, but it also raised false expectations concerning The Mandrake Project, together with Bruce’s claims that the album would generally be very heavy. Now that we have the whole album, all ten songs, the relative importance of this one has diminished somewhat in my mind at least. A good one still, but maybe not the song that will be remembered from The Mandrake Project.
